April Roundup
As you can see, I'm vibing on a very specific frequency currently. It's everything pink and feminine (maybe I'm channeling my girl aunt energy since I'm expecting a sweet niece to arrive any day now), but I have no complaints! A number of these items are things I currently own and highly recommend, starting with:
- This H&M blouse. It caught my eye and though I wasn't sure about it at first, I ordered it online. As soon as it arrived I knew it was a must-have. I ended up sizing down a lot, though, so be warned it runs large!
- Nicer weather means more walks and I've been getting more use out of my hat. This one is from Sarah Bray Bermuda but I found that the Somerset hat from Tula (available from Terrain and other places for cheaper) has the same style and excellent construction. I added grommets myself for a couple of dollars and added some cheap eyelet ribbon from Etsy for a finished product that rivals the original in quality and style for a fraction of the price. If you're looking for a good straw hat, let Tula be your source!
- Beige gingham is having a moment and I'm lowkey-obsessed. This anorak is so cute I'm considering updating mine.
- Pink toothpaste. Need I say more?
- Anthropologie recently debuted a croissant version of their icon juice glass. Tres cute!
- I saw these Dolce Vita kitten heels in-store at Anthropologie and absolutely fell in love with them.
- Last but certainly not least, I went on a short trip (read: one night) recently and took my Paravel weekender as my personal item. I was once again reminded of what a wonderful bag it is. The materials and construction are both of excellent quality and I feel like a million bucks toting it around. I purchased mine 2 years ago and it has been worth every penny.
Happy April!
