Shipping policy

Processing and shipping times are estimated and vary from product to product, but most orders will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Processing time may be prolonged for personalized orders.

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for orders shipped for free, or with standard, economy, or flat rates.

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays or damages. We cannot refund or replace items that are not delivered if the tracking provided by the carrier indicates delivery.

We do not provide refunds for items or orders that arrive later than estimated by us or by the carrier used. (See our Return Policy for more details about returns and exchanges and damaged items.)
