Strawberry Matcha Popcorn

I can't think of an intro to this recipe, so I'm just going to drop this here, no notes. Just a fun treat.
12 cups popcorn or 3/4 cup of kernels
1 stick butter
1 - 10.5 oz bag of mini marshmallows
2 tsp matcha powder, plus more for sprinkling
2 oz freeze dried strawberries, divided
Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Pop the kernels in a tablespoon or two of neutral oil over medium heat.
Meanwhile, in a large, flat pan melt the butter over medium heat. Mix in the marshmallows until it forms a fluffy, homogeneous mixture.
Remove from heat and add 1 oz of the strawberries, crushed into little pieces (not too powdery) and the matcha powder.
Add the popcorn and stir to evenly coat. Move to a buttered bowl if necessary.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Spread the popcorn on the sheet and sprinkle with more powdered sugar and more matcha powder, if desired. Sprinkle with the remaining strawberries. (You can also add them to the mixture when it’s cooled before spreading it on the sheet.) Enjoy fresh!
